The Birmingham Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International presents a sunset dinner from Birmingham's leading female chefs and restaurant owners. Proceeds from the evening and the silent auction will provide grants and scholarships to support women in the culinary arts. To date, we have awarded more than $35,000 to women all over our state.
