Dr Wagner will discuss and demonstrate the use of dental implants to support and retain complete dentures. Based on the solid time-tested principles of the past, these techniques take denture fabrication solidly into the 21st century.
Learning Objectives
Develop diagnostic and treatment planning skills for the edentulous patient by assessing anatomical, functional, and esthetic factors to determine suitability for implant therapy.
Integrate both removable and fixed implant-supported prostheses into a modern general dental practice, with emphasis on clinical workflows, patient selection, and long-term maintenance protocols.
Understand the role of digital technology in implant dentistry, and how it enhances the experience for patients, streamlines staff workflows, and improves clinical outcomes for the dentist.
