What should I expect as a registered attendee?
As a registered attendee, you can expect:
- Powerful keynote and plenary presentations
- Conversations with colleagues, presenters, TCOM tools users, Researchers and Attendees
- Access to presentation materials for 30 days after the event

What is the cancellation and refund policies?
If you need to cancel your In-person registration:
- It must be done before September 1st
- We will offer you 2 virtual registrations or
- The option to send a colleague in your place.
- We understand it’s a very strange world right now. If you need to cancel your in-person registration before September 1st, we will offer a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- If you need to cancel your Virtual registration you can have a colleague, take your place or enjoy the recordings for 30 days after the conference. No refunds will be provided for the Virtual conference
- We are unable to issue a refund for ANY reason for cancellations received after September 1st.
Is substitution allowed?
Yes, we will honor substitutions only till September 22nd for a $50 processing fee
What if I am a no-show?
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Can I hold or reserve spots?
Yes, we will hold or reserve spots ONLY until September 1st.
Can I share my registration with a coworker?
While we encourage a wide range of participants, each registration helps to support TCOM’s mission, and we have kept registration fees low so that everyone has an opportunity to register and participate independently. If multiple people from your organization would like to attend, we do offer group rates. This allows for any staff, board members, volunteers, social workers or foster parents from your organization to register.
