Super Simple Execution:
Securing your spot is simple! Just choose your exhibitor package and submit the Exhibitor Registration Form. We'll respond with a list of items you can provide for your booth, including materials you want to share with attendees and branding elements. Once we have everything, we'll build your booth for you.
When it's ready, we’ll notify you to schedule a 15-minute preview session to show you how everything works. On event day, just log in, start your video chat, and welcome the attendees who enter your booth—it’s that easy!
What to Expect:
Our virtual events typically attract 125-150 attendees, including many top tech properties and content creators, as you can see below. The attendee-exhibitor engagement is fantastic. Exhibitors average 80-90 attendee booth visits, and well over 60% of their booth visitors participate in the exhibitor's video chat, often staying for over 10 minutes because of the relaxed virtual environment.
Attendees also take advantage of the other functions of our exhibitors' booths, including filling out our Review Unit Request Forms, scheduling 1-to-1 meetings, downloading press releases and other materials, and lots more. In short, the press loves the Techfluence platform as much for its simplicity as for its robustness.
Geographic reach is one of the many key benefits of our events. At one recent event, 33 states and 21 countries were represented.
At the end of the event, exhibitors can download a list of all the attendees that entered their booth with their contact info. Shortly after the event, we'll follow up with a Post-Event Report, which includes the list of everyone who registered with a column to indicate if they logged in, engagement data from your booth compared with event averages to give you a sense of how your booth performed, the list of attendees who requested a review unit, and the transcript of your booth's text chat.
Booths remain accessible for two or four weeks after the event, depending on which exhibitor package you select. We recommend sending the direct link to your booth to the list of people who registered but did not attend right after the event. We typically get 20-25 additional attendees in the weeks after each event.
Our media list rivals that of any PR firm, and our influencer database includes over 800 tech influencers and several dozen agencies that collectively reach hundreds more. However, exhibitors are welcome to share our registration link with their key contacts and/or provide it to us to ensure they are being invited to attend.
