Super Simple Execution
Securing your spot is simple! Just choose your exhibitor package and submit the Exhibitor Registration Form. We'll respond with a list of items we need to create your booth. Once we have everything, we'll build your booth and then schedule a Zoom meeting before the event to show you how it works.
On event day, just log in, start your video chat, monitor the text chat, and welcome the attendees who enter your booth—it’s that easy! Your total time investment, including the event, shouldn't exceed 5-6 hours.
A Real Event Simulation
Our virtual events are designed to simulate real events. Companies are not limited to scheduled presentations. Each exhibitor has a customized banner on the show floor. To enter a company's booth, attendees just click on their banner.
Once inside, they can download press materials, watch product videos, schedule 1-to-1 meetings, request review units, and more. They can also engage company representatives via video chat or text chat, but just like at a real event, they can gather information and choose not to engage.
When they're done in a booth, attendees simply click back to the show floor and choose another booth visit. They can visit the booths in any order they want, visit some but not others, revisit ones they're interested in, etc., again, just like at a real event.
But it's not all about simulating live events. At the end of our events, exhibitors can instantly receive a list of everyone who visited their booth with their contact info at the click of a button. Try doing that at the end of a live event!

Our virtual events typically attract 125-150 attendees. Because of our influencer marketing services, attendees include many top tech content creators as well as top tech and lifestyle journalists, bloggers, and podcasters.
One of the greatest advantages of our virtual events is that they eliminate geographical barriers, allowing anyone to attend from anywhere in the world. Even the best face-to-face media event in New York City only attracts regional attendees. We had attendees from 39 different states and 13 different countries at one recent virtual event.
Engagement is fantastic at our events. Because of the relaxed, virtual environment, attendees visit more booths and spend significantly more time in the video chat than they do at a live event, standing in front of a six-foot table.
