For over 25 years, Texas Homeless Network has hosted the Annual Texas Conference on Ending Homelessness, bringing together service providers, advocates, people with lived experience, policymakers, and community leaders from across the state.

The 2025 conference invites you to join a transformative three-day experience grounded in this year’s theme, Rooted in Service, Rising to Action. Together, we’ll explore the deep care and commitment that drives our work and the collective action needed to build a future where everyone has a safe place to call home.

Through interactive sessions, hands-on labs, peer learning, and statewide networking, attendees will engage with practical strategies and innovative solutions to address the root causes of homelessness. Topics will include housing-first models, supportive services, racial equity, workforce development, systems change, and sustainability.
