Accelerating the Digitalisation of Tourism SMEs including innovation and sustainability
Tourbit Virtual Transnational Matchathon (TVTM) aims to support tourism SMEs in their digitalisation journey, from one hand, inspiring all tourism SMEs with lasts trends and, on the second hand, helping SMEs awarded with the Tourbit financial support to make successful matches with the Tourbit Services Providers for the implementation of their digitalisation projects.
On the first day, June 15th, open to all Tourism SMEs and service providers, we have organized one morning filled with conferences on the latest trends, challenges, and essential aspects that every tourism SME should consider to drive innovation and sustainability in their digitalisation efforts.
Moreover, tourism SMEs will have the opportunity to discover new services through quick presentations pitched by Service Providers from our pool, introducing them to innovative solutions that they may not have been aware of. Additionally, they will be able to participate in four specialized thematic rooms tailored to address their specific challenges: business model innovation, product innovation, digital marketing, and social and environmental sustainability.
The second day, June 16th, will only be opened to awarded Tourbit SMEs that will enter the Digital Acceleration programme (results on June 8th!).
These lucky SMEs will have the chance to pitch their challenges in front of top service providers that they will choose, with the assistance of experienced mentors.

AUTHORIZATION FOR IMAGE AND MATERIAL CAPTURE ON THE WEBINAR / WORKSHOP / EVENT
Every attendee AUTHORIZES the Catalan Tourist Board, leader of the Tourbit project, to capture its image, as well as its voice, exhibition and material used in the webina.
This authorization is granted for a period of five years and does not set any geographical limit for the exploitation of images and / or videos that fix its image or voice or part thereof, and therefore they may use these images for the aforementioned period, in any country in the world, without geographical limitation.
The images resulting from the photos and / or recording sessions may be used for the purpose of publishing this material in the project and partners: website, social media accounts and online community, mainly.
This assignment includes:
-The capture and fixation of its image and voice through a visual and / or audiovisual support that allows its reproduction.
-The reproduction of its image and voice in support and / or format that allows obtaining copies, without limit of quantity, either on paper, analogy and digital.
-Public communication, including in person Communication, the transmission and retransmission by any means or telecommunications network, by cable or satellite, including Internet.
This authorization is granted free of charge and with a formal waiver of any financial consideration.
In any case, protection of the right to honor, privacy and self-image is guaranteed, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on civil protection to the right to honor, personal and family privacy and in one's own image and in the rest of current legislation.
The signatory declares the authorship of the materials used in the previously referenced webinar and assumes the responsibility towards the Catalan Tourist Board for the originality of the quests or, if applicable, for disposing of all those authorizations that continue to be necessary from the corresponding holders of Intellectual property rights that have participated or appeared in the submitted materials. It also declares to have the authorizations of the people, portrait models and the holders of movable, immovable property and contemporary architectural works that have appeared. For minors, written consent from the father, mother or tutor will be required.

Purpose of the treatment: To manage the professional data of stakeholders, who participate in the Tourbit project and who, from their professional background, are considered relevant and interesting people for this project.
Legitimation: Treatment necessary for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest and in accordance with the legitimate interest with respect to their personal and professional data.
Recipients: This data will be accessible to all the entities that form part of the Consortium of this TOURBIT project, acting as co-managers as well as those who have access to the means where the images are published.
Rights of interested parties: You have the right to access, rectification, eraser, oppose and restriction of processing and right to data portability your personal data in line with the current regulations. To exercise this right, you must send a letter to the Catalan Tourist Board at Passeig de Gràcia, 105, 3rd floor, 08008 Barcelona, or to the e-mail address lopd.act@gencat.cat electronically signed with your electronic ID card or recognized digital certificate.
