As a cooperative, TVC requires a quorum to conduct official business at the Annual Shareholder Meeting. Your vote matters! We need your attendance—in person or virtually—to keep the cooperative moving forward.

TVC Shareholders have two ways to attend:

In-Person Attendance:

Register for the "TVC Shareholders: VetVision™ In-Person Ticket" ticket to attend both the VetVision™ Conference and the Annual Meeting in Columbus.

Virtual Attendance:

Can’t make it to Columbus? Register for the "Virtual TVC Annual Shareholder Meeting ONLY" ticket to participate in the meeting remotely.

Note: This ticket type will only grant you access to the Annual Shareholder Meeting on Sunday, September 13th, starting at 2pm ET. CE will not be offered virtually, so you will not have access to the education sessions.

If no one from your hospital can attend the Annual Shareholder Meeting in person or virtually, no worries—we’ve got you covered! A recorded version will be made available afterward on TVC University for on-demand viewing.

Note: The Renaissance provides valet parking only at a discounted rate of $35/night for TVC Shareholders (regularly $45). Self-parking is not available, but there are nearby alternatives. Plan accordingly.
