This workshop will focus on emerging issues for Human Resource professionals and updates to various regulations and new cases interpreting regulations.  We will walk through real life scenarios that transit agencies face when dealing with personnel and operations issues.   The class includes elements that are useful for a transit’s HR team as well as operations teams as often personnel issues intersect with operations.
