IMPORTANT TICKETING POLICIES:
- Group tickets may be purchased without finalized attendee information; however, the purchaser is solely responsible for managing and updating attendee registrations prior to the event.
- NO refunds, credits, retroactive discounts, transfers, or pricing adjustments will be issued for group bundle purchases.
Example: If a purchaser initially buys 5 tickets under the 5–9 group rate and later purchases an additional 5 tickets separately, the original order will not be adjusted to the 10+ pricing tier. All discounts apply only to the quantity purchased within a single transaction/order. - All ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for purchased tickets, including General Admission tickets, group ticket bundles, Training Day Add-Ons, or onsite registrations.
- In the event an attendee can no longer attend, ticket transfers may be permitted at the discretion of event management prior to the event start date.
