Registration eligibility for member rates is determined based on an individual’s active membership status at the time of the event. If your membership is set to expire before the event date, you will have the opportunity to renew during the registration process in order to retain access to member pricing.

 

Individuals who are not currently members may still qualify for discounted registration if their institution holds an active organizational membership. In such cases, professionals may join as affiliate members at a reduced rate. For individuals from non-member institutions, alternative membership options are available, offering full access to member benefits and discounted event rates. If you are facing financial challenges, you may be eligible for a membership or professional development scholarship, which can be applied toward this event.
