  • Navigate to https://alliance-exposition.boomerecommerce.com/Home/Pages/Event/EventHome.aspx
  • Review "What's Included In Your Booth" section and choose from available options.
  • Must make your selection or decline the provided booth packages by April 20th.

3. Advance Shipping

First day warehouse will begin receiving advance shipments without surcharges.
Deadline
Monday, April 27, 2026 – Advance Shipment Deadline
Last day for advance shipments to arrive at warehouse without surcharges.

It is recommended to ship all exhibit materials to the advanced warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse will ensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibitor set up. For material handling information and charges please find more informatoin on the Alliance Exhibitor landing page. Any shipments sent directly to the facility will be required to be handled by Alliance Nationwide Exposition Company. The prevailing warehouse material rate plus a 20% minimum surcharge will be added to all direct shipments.

4. Attendee Lists

Lists will be sent to your designated main contact approximately 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the event.

2026 Diamond & Platinum Sponsors will receive attendee email lists separately as part of their sponsor benefits 2 weeks before the event.

 

5. Courtesy Registration(s)

Each booth purchase includes at least one full conference courtesy registration. Your main contact will recevie a discount code via email once your booth is paid for. If you can't locate your code or need additional assistance please email sarah@ussdams.org. Booth Staff registration is also available. Please review the Registration Information tab to view what's included with each registration type. 

 

6. Exhibitor Ordering

All orders must be received with payment in full by this date to guarantee production of the order for the show. These items will not be available to order after the deadline date.

7. Exhibitor Profile / Main Contact / Map Information & Options

Exhibitor Profile
Each Exhibitor has a unique auto-login link to edit their company profile, select add-ons, and make payments. If you have lost the link provided with your booth purchase please contact sarah@ussdams.org. 

Main Contact
The main contact listed in your Exhibitor Profile will receive all exhibitor coordination emails. If you need to provide a new main contact with Alliance Exhibitor Portal access please email sarah@ussdams.org.

Map Information & Options
The exhibitor map is available on the Exhibition menu tab above or at https://ussd26.expofp.com/ . To display your company logo in your booth square on the map please upload a logo to your Exhibitor Profile (USSD provides this option for free). All displayed information is collected through your Exhibitor Profile where you may also purchase upgrades to have your logo displayed in the header of the map or to become a featured listing which places your company at the top of the search and category tools and provides prominent formatting.

 

8. Exhibit Hall Schedule

All meals listed here have a buffet line and attendee seating in and around the exhibit hall. All breaks are exclusively served in the exhibit hall.

9. Engagement Activity

During the Social Hour/Exhibit Hall Reception, USSD will introduce a simple engagement activity designed to encourage attendees to move throughout the exhibit hall and connect with exhibitors. All booths will display a small activity marker and we will ask you to briefly acknowledge attendee visits by marking attendee cards. Attendees can earn engagement rewards while participating, and those who complete the required number of booth visits will be entered into a larger prize drawing. The goal is simple: create more opportunities for meaningful conversations between attendees and exhibitors, strengthening the relationships that carry our industry forward through legacy and leadership.

 

10. Social Hour / Exhibit Hall Reception

Light bites and beverages (cash bars) will be available in the hall and the engagement activity above will encourage foot traffic throughout the hall for the full hour. We hope this dedicated time creates valuable opportunities for exhibitors to connect with attendees and industry colleagues.

 

11. Outbound Shipping

All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall. Outbound Bill of Lading Deadline.

Outbound shipments not consigned to Alliance Transportation and Logistics, the Official Show Carrier, require a pick-up to be scheduled in advance by the exhibiting company with its designated carrier of choice. For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from the following Outbound Pick Up address between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
