USSD understands that customers experience demands that result in the need to change plans. In order to balance the need for flexibility for our customers and the investments made by USSD to provide services, we utilize the following guidelines to manage requests for cancellations, substitutions, and refunds.
Requests for refunds, substitutions, and cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@ussdams.org by the dates outlined below. Administrative fees will be applied to all approved refunds for the 2026 Annual Conference & Exhibition according to the following guidelines:
- On or Before 2/14/2026: Full Refund
- 2/15/2026 - 3/14/2026: 90%
- 3/15/2026 - 3/31/2026: 80%
- 4/1/2026 or later = no refund
**all credit card processing fees are non-refundable**
Substitutions may be made prior to the event or onsite before a person has checked in. Please note that once a registration packet/nametag has been picked up, that person is considered “present or checked in”.
