The European Automotive Research Partners Association (EARPA) is pleased to announce the 5th edition of the Future of Road Mobility Forum – FORM Forum 2025 which will take place on 30 September – 1 October 2025 at The EGG in Brussels.

What to expect at the FORM Forum 2025:

This year’s theme will focus on: Transitioning Road Mobility: Actions to Safeguard Europe's Competitive Edge. The FORM Forum brings together stakeholders from industry, academia and governments to share of knowledge and ideas, providing the next generation with a new era of automotive solutions whilst serving as a powerful motivator for the continued growth of the automotive industry and its contributors.

The event is open to the whole EARPA community including industry, research, government, and representatives from the European Commission.

Call for Abstracts:
Submit your proposals for presentations, keynote addresses, interviews, panel discussions, posters, and papers for the FORM Forum 2025. We invite you to submit a paper in one of these categories:

1) Call for Scientific Papers
EARPA invites its members as well as its partners, involved in any aspect of Road Transport Research, to submit their abstracts for the FORM Forum 2025 conference. The extended deadline for submission is the 23 May 2025. Click here for all the info and to submit your proposal!

- Software Defined Vehicle of the Future

- Enhancing User Centricity, Safety and Accessibility through Digital Innovation in Mobility

- Competitiveness of Circular Solutions for EV and their Components (End of life)

- Social Acceptance of New Mobility Technologies, Systems and Services

- R&D and skills for European Competitiveness

- Best Practices for Resilient Value Chain

2) Call for Young Researchers

EARPA would like to encourage Young Researchers to become more active and visible within EARPA and the European Road Transport Research Community. As such, Young Researchers are again given a platform at the FORM Forum 2025, where they can present their novel research ideas in the form of a 3-min elevator pitch. Exhibition:
EARPA members are invited to show their research results in the exhibition, with booths, including equipment, products, software and potential services. View the exhibition packages here.

We strongly recommend that FORM Forum participants book their accommodation as early as possible to secure the best rates and availability. With numerous events taking place in Brussels during autumn, hotels fill up quickly.
