Jo Ann Lengua Davaris is the Global Chief Privacy Officer at Booking Holdings Inc., where she leads privacy, cybersecurity legal, and AI governance programs across brands including Booking.com, Priceline, Kayak, OpenTable, and Agoda. Since 2019, she has advanced a unified global framework that embeds trust, security, and data ethics into the company's innovation and growth.

Stephanie Clerkin is Director of Litigation Support at Korein Tillery, one of the country's leading plaintiffs' complex-litigation firms, where she leverages over 20 years of experience in finance, consulting, and data analytics to manage massive litigation projects as well as the firm's e-Discovery platform. Working with all departments in the firm, she bridges the gap between legal teams and IT personnel to streamline discovery efforts and design cost-effective solutions for clients, overseeing the processing, analysis, review, and production of hundreds of terabytes of ESI.

Stephanie is an ACEDS Certified e-Discovery Specialist and Relativity Master. She is a Member Liaison for the St. Louis ILTA Community and the current Strategic Partner Liaison for ILTA and Relativity. She is also a member of Women in eDiscovery and the Sedona Conference, an EDRM 2.0 Project Trustee, and serves on the Steering Committee for the St. Louis Relativity User Group.

John Rizner, a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School with a Juris Doctor, brings an extensive background in corporate law with a strong focus on legal technology. Licensed as an attorney in New York and Utah, he has guided companies through complex mergers and acquisitions and advised on financing transactions.

At a major law firm, John played a crucial role in evaluating and implementing technology solutions, including machine learning and generative AI products, and has shared his insights through public CLE presentations on the use of large language models and machine learning in corporate legal practice. Currently a Product Manager at Filevine, he combines his legal expertise with a deep understanding of AI to innovate in the field of legal technology.

Eric Robinson has more than 25 years of accumulated legal, eDiscovery, data governance, and project management experience. As KLDiscovery's VP, Global Advisory Services & Strategic Client Solutions, Mr. Robinson leads the company's Advisory Services team and works consultatively with clients to develop and implement cost effective, efficient, and defensible strategies for discovery, data governance, and data privacy compliance.

Leveraging his experience in operational analysis and design and his knowledge of current legal trends and technology associated with information management, Mr. Robinson designs defensible strategies and technology solutions to optimize client efficiencies in alignment with industry accepted practices.
