What about parking at the Music City Center?
Music City Center Parking and Music City Center Public Parking are the main adjacent garages with accessible, first-come, first-served spaces, including ADA spots near elevators.
What is the registration fee?
For UC26 we are offering tiered pricing:

For McLeod Software Customers:
$1,295 per person until May 1, 2026
$1,395 per person until July 10, 2026
$1,495 per person through the conference

For exhibitors, the primary exhibitor contact received a discount code. Additional registrations are available through the conference at $1,554 per person.
What does the registration fee include?
The User Conference Registration Fee includes participation in General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Technology & Services Exhibition, all meals, refreshment breaks, evening events, prize drawings, and up to one hour of One-on-One Personalized Training with a McLeod Software Professional. Evening events include Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday Night’s Dinner at Category 10 and Tuesday Night’s Dinner at Skydeck on Broadway.
May I bring my spouse/guest to the User Conference?
Yes, customers may include a spouse or guest with their registration. The spouse/guest registration fee is $780.

Please note that if your spouse or guest is a company employee, they should register separately as an attendee.

The spouse/guest registration includes access to the evening meal events only.
How can I pay for my conference registration?
Payment options include Credit Card (fees apply) or Bill Me/Pay Later, which are available at the end of the online registration process. The Bill Me/Pay Later option will be available through July 31, 2026, and is offered to McLeod customers only.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Yes. Your email confirmation serves as your receipt. You may also download a PDF of your receipt when logging into your registration from the event website. If you need a receipt in another format, please send an email request to accounting.
What is the cancellation policy?
Written cancellations made by August 28, 2026, will be fully refunded. All cancelations on or after August 29, 2026, will not be refunded.
Can I modify my registration after I have registered?
Yes. Your registration confirmation email will include a link that allows you to access and update your registration details. If you need assistance modifying your registration, please contact Events.
I can no longer attend; may I substitute someone in my place?
Yes. Please modify or cancel your registration using the link provided within your registration confirmation email. If you need assistance, please email Events.
How do I sign-up for the complimentary on-site, one-hour training on McLeod Products?
When you register, select the option for one hour of UC Lab training. An email will be sent to you with a link to a questionnaire to help us better identify the area of the software in which you need training.
What is McLeod University (McLeodU)?
McLeodU offers small, optional training classes held after the User Conference on Wednesday, September 16, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Seating is limited to allow for a more focused learning experience.

You can register for McLeodU through an Add-On during your UC26 registration process once you have made your ticket selection.

The registration fee is $550 per person, and breakfast and lunch are included.
What should I wear?
Business casual is the norm throughout the conference including all evening events.
What is the weather like in mid-September in Nashville, Tennessee?

How do I get the conference mobile app?
The conference mobile app is provided through the Accelevents App. A download announcement with instructions will be sent to registered attendees a few weeks prior to the conference.

After downloading the app, simply log in using the email address you used when registering for the event.
