- Full vaccination will be required for all onsite attendees who seek to gain access to the in-person meeting (show vaccination record at entrance or provide vaccination exemption).
- According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after they have received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer/ BioNTech or Moderna), or two weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson’s/ Janssen).
- Onsite attendees must pass temperature screening test when entering the venue.
- Masks are highly recommended but not mandatory. It is also recommend to maintain physical distance, and avoid body contact like handshaking and hugging.

Cannot make it? Aww... but no worries. Refunds up to 7 days before event start* or transfer your ticket for free**!
*Full refund of all type ticket minus 10% fee to absorb the platform transaction cost before 7 days of event.
If your trip plan changes, we also encourage you to transfer the in-person ticket to virtual access. Refund of price difference minus 10% fee before 7 days of event will be provided.

3. Student Ticket
College students can receive 50% discounted tickets. No code required. Select the student ticket at purchase. To claim your student discount, register with .edu email or verify by sending us copy of student ID. Ticket access may be denied if status not verified before 7 days of event.
