With over 15,000 attendees including individuals with disabilities of all ages, families, and professionals, The Annual Family Cafe offers an opportunity to connect directly with your target audience. As an exhibitor, you will have the chance to share your products and services with attendees looking for resources to improve their lives.

For the first time, we're excited to offer lead generation and a virtual exhibit space in our event app. These features will further your reach and allow attendees to interact with your organization in new and exciting ways. 

The Exhibitor Registration Deadline for organizations to be featured in the event program is May 9.

If you are an individual with a disability interested in applying for our Micro-Enterprise program, please visit this page instead. This program provides opportunities specifically for entrepreneurs with disabilities to showcase their products and services. 

Each exhibit space includes a 10' x 10' area furnished with one skirted table, two chairs, and pipe and drape.

The cost is $2,500 per space for the full event. Save $50 by paying before Friday, February 14. (use code EarlyBird27 at check out.)

Each exhibit space includes two complimentary professional registrations. Additional representatives must pay a $250 registration fee. This fee applies to all members of your group, regardless of level or nature of participation in the event. Individuals with disabilities and their family members are exempt. 

Vendors displaying vehicles must purchase two booth spaces per vehicle, due to fire safety regulations.

Booth assignments are subject to change by The Family Café.

Sharing, assigning, or subletting booth space is prohibited without prior approval.
