Program & Registration
When and where is the event?
The event is October 7-8, 2026, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. We will help guide you to the meeting and dinner locations on-site.
How is the program structured?
The program is two days. On the first day, there is a plated welcome reception dinner with networking. On the 8th, there is a full day of sessions with something for everyone! There will be a mobile app available closer to the conference date as well.
What is the cost to attend?
We're pleased to announce that this is a free event! We are so excited to be back in person again. Please note that registration closes on September 6. Seats are limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot early.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to our welcome reception, plated dinner, and drinks on the first night, meals on the 8th, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments, and all sessions, including keynotes, round tables, and breakout sessions.

Who do I notify if I am unable to attend?
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. You may also transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please email kabbondanza@trustwell.com for assistance.
Sessions & Other Event Details
Dress code
We recommended comfortable, business casual attire for both days of the event.
Will content be available post-event?
We may record a few sessions, and if so, we will share after the event.
Can I join virtually?
This is an in-person program, so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate virtual attendance.
Can I choose which sessions to attend?
Keynotes will be open to all in the general session room, and you'll also have the opportunity to customize your own agenda through concurrent sessions using our mobile app.
Should I bring a laptop to the sessions?
Yes, we recommend you bring your laptop or tablet for breakout sessions and note-taking!
Venue Details & Hotel Information
Is there a discount code I should apply to my room reservation at the Gaylord?
Our housing link found on our venue page automatically applies the special group rate of $299 per night. Please note there is also a resort fee of $28 per night.
If you will already be in-house for the Food Safety and Quality event, please still book your accommodation night(s) for reCONNECT and notify kabbondanza@trustwell.com.

Is there Wi-Fi in the guest rooms?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in your guest room and the ballroom throughout the event.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes. The venue will apply a 15% discount on self-parking (overnight and full day) for our guests per car, per day.

$24.00-$29.00 plus tax daily self, per day
