Step 1. Choose Your Registration Type

Not sure which registration ticket is right for you? Start here.

Attendee

Our standard full-conference registration for professionals attending the main conference program and technical sesisions.

Presenter

Reduced full-conference registration for accepted USSD27 authors and presenters. Presenters are required to register for the conference to participate in the technical pogram.

Emerging Professional (EP)

Reduced full-conference registration for eligible early-career professionals. Must be age 35 or younger OR have less than 5 years of industry experience. EP status may be verified by USSD.

Student

Reduced full-conference registration for eligible students. Must be enrolled full-time in an academic program. Student status may be verified by USSD.

Single Day

Designed for attendees joining us for one conference day or one workshop day only. Select your attendance day during registration.

Booth Staff

For exhibitor representatives primarily supporting their company's Technical Marketplace booth. Booth Staff registration includes access to designated conference meals, plenary sessions, and Monday & Tuesday networking recpetions but does not include the techical program. No access to technical sessions permitted.

Wednesday Wrap-Up Networking Ticket (Small Fee)
Add-on ticket is required for entry. Formally titled the "Wrap Party", this attendee favorite is a fun and relaxed way to close out the conference with colleagues and new connections. We’re taking over the resort’s Stadium Club for an evening of food, refreshments, casual competition, and plenty of time to reconnect after the final day of technical programming.
Advance ticket purchase is encouraged - this one tends to sell out!
Thursday Field Tour

Step 3. Payment

Payment options are available on the checkout page. Attendees may pay online through Stripe or select the Pay Later option to receive an invoice and submit payment later. All payments are due before event entry.

Discount codes are entered during checkout before payment is completed. Early Bird and Standard ticket discounts are applied automatically during registration.

A copy of your invoice and payment receipt will be included with yoru registration confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

USSD understands that customers experience demands that result in the need to change plans. In order to balance the need for flexibility for our customers and the investments made by USSD to provide services, we utilize the following guidelines to manage requests for cancellations, substitutions, and refunds. 

Requests for refunds, substitutions, and cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@ussdams.org by the dates outlined below. Administrative fees will be applied to all approved refunds for the 2027 Annual Conference & Exhibition according to the following guidelines:

On or Before 2/14/2027: Full Refund*
2/15/2027 - 3/14/2027: 90%*
3/15/2027 - 3/31/2027: 80%*
4/1/2027 or later = no refund

*Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Substitutions may be made before the event or onsite before the original attendee has checked in. Once a registration packet or name badge has been picked up, the attendee is considered checked in and the registration may no longer be transferred.
