How to Add Your Booth Staff

Why Exhibit?

• Direct access. Two days of dedicated trade show time with the people who make purchasing decisions.

• Built-in traffic. The show floor sits alongside general sessions and networking receptions, so attendees pass through all day.

Booth Details

•Every booth includes: One six-foot clothed and skirted table, two chairs, electrical access, and two complimentary conference registrations.

Center Concourse requires membership and a Major-level sponsorship. The Amway's Center Concourse is reserved for MITA members who are also sponsoring the conference at the Major level ($3,000) or above — non-member exhibitors, and members who aren't at that sponsorship level, book in the Secchia Lobby at DeVos instead. Bringing extra staff? Each representative beyond your two complimentary registrations is $250 — members and non-members both.

Booth assignment: MITA assigns all booth locations within your selected area. View the booth layouts here.

Non-Members: Booths will be avaiilable for purchase on November 6, allowing MITA's members time to secure their booth reservations.

What to expect after you register

The person who completes your booth purchase becomes your exhibitor admin and gets two emails: an order confirmation and an invite to your Exhibitor Resource Center — your team's hub for managing everything about your booth.

From there, your admin can:

Claim your two complimentary registrations and assign them to whoever's staffing the booth

Purchase additional representative tickets ($250 each) the same way, anytime before the event

No separate sign-up needed.

Thursday, January 28: 6:00 – 10:00 pm

Friday, January 29: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org. Cancellations received by January 4, 2027, are eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing fees. Refunds after that date will be at MITA’s discretion. Substitutions within the same company are permitted and must also be requested in writing.

For those selecting the Invoice/Bill Me option: written notice of cancellation is required. Failure to pay does not constitute cancellation, and payment obligations remain based on the date MITA receives your written notice.

To receive early registration discounts, payments must be postmarked by the advertised deadlines; late payments will be charged the standard rate.

All non-member participants (exhibiting or attending) must be paid in full one week prior to the event start.
