8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Exhibitor Setup

Doors open at 8AM to allow exhibitors time to set up their booths; however, if last year is any indication, it won’t take that long. Exhibitors are encouraged to use the extra time to explore the beautiful Shipshewana and surrounding countryside, enjoying the delicious home-cooked meals at the local cafes, and even catching a show at the local Blue Gate Theater. 

9:00 AM MCMS Officially Begins

The second annual Midwest Contract Manufacturing Showcase officially kicks off. We welcome this year’s attendees, invite them to explore the show floor, and get a taste of Midwest hospitality and quality craftsmanship.

11:00 AM    Join us for an old-fashioned home-cooked meal featuring steak and potato as the first day of the MCMS draws to an end.

Day two of the Midwest Contract Manufacturing Showcase provides attendees with ample opportunity to form lasting relationships with their choice vendors.

MCMS exhibitors will have plenty of time to take down and pack up, and still have time in their day to spend with their families. Don’t forget to fill out your exit survey so we can make the next showcase even better—but no less hassle-free. 

Throughout the event, there will be food and drinks available for purchase in the Michiana Event Center’s concession area, including:

- Cheeseburgers
- Hamburgers
- French Fries
- Chicken Strips
- Mozzarella Sticks
- Fried Pickle Chips 
- Honey BBQ Boneless Wings
- Water, Coffee, Fountain Drinks
- Soft-Serve Ice Cream

We are excited to bring back the home-cooked steak and potato dinner that was such a hit last year. This time, exhibitors have the opportunity to pre-order dinner vouchers to pass out during the event. The meals include our signature steaks cooked to perfection and plenty of mouthwatering sides, such as:
