Q. What's the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
A. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org.
Cancellations received by January 3, 2026, are eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing fees. Refunds after that date will be at MITA’s discretion.
Substitutions within the same company are permitted click here for ticket transfer instructions.
For those selecting the Invoice/Bill Me option: written notice of cancellation is required. Failure to pay does not constitute cancellation, and payment obligations remain based on the date MITA receives your written notice.
To receive early registration discounts, payments must be postmarked by the advertised deadlines; late payments will be charged the standard rate.
All non-member participants (exhibiting or attending) muyst be paid in full one week prior to the event start.
Q. I'm an Exhibitor. Can I ship my booth items to the venue?
A. Yes! Download the shipping instructions here.
Q. I have 10 or more people to register. Is there a way to bulk register them?
A. Yes! If you have ten or more attendees to register, you can skip the traditional online registration form. Download a copy of this spreadsheet, enter your attendee information and email it to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org. MITA will bulk-upload your attendees and invoice you for their attendance.
Please do not enter your attendee information directly into the google sheet template.
Q. The conference venue is sold out? Where else can I get a hotel room?

Q. I'm staying off-site. Is there shuttle service?
A. Yes, MITA has a shuttle service arranged for both Wednesday and Thursday of the conference. Shuttle Runs **every 30 minutes until midnight** on all conference days. Service will begin at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, January 21, and conclude at 3:00 AM on Friday, January 23. Additional shuttle details will be posted here and available at the registration desk on-site.
Q. I can no longer attend the conference, can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
A. Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person in your company. Click here for instructions on how to log into your Accelevents account and complete a ticket transfer.
Q. Where's my confirmation email?
A. Confirmation emails come from the registration platform, Accelevents. If you don't receive a confirmation email in a timely manner, please be sure to check your spam folder. If it's not there either, MITA staff would be happy to send you another.
