Exhibit Booth Details

Member Rate: $725 per booth

Non-Member Rate: $1,000 per booth

Booth Size: 10' wide x 8' deep
Includes: (2) conference registrations, (1) 6' covered and skirted table, (2) chairs, and electrical access

If your company plans to bring more than two representatives, please purchase an Additional Booth Attendee ticket ($200 per person) for each attendee beyond the two included. This ticket is available only to exhibiting companies that have already secured booth space, and can be added at any time. 

Booth assignments are determined by MITA, with major sponsors receiving priority placement in premium exhibit areas.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org.

 

Cancellations received by January 3, 2026, are eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing fees. Refunds after that date will be at MITA’s discretion.

 

Substitutions within the same company are permitted and must also be requested in writing.

 

For those selecting the Invoice/Bill Me option: written notice of cancellation is required. Failure to pay does not constitute cancellation, and payment obligations remain based on the date MITA receives your written notice.

 

To receive early registration discounts, payments must be postmarked by the advertised deadlines; late payments will be charged the standard rate.

All non-member participants (exhibiting or attending) muyst be paid in full one week prior to the event start.
