MITA’s 2026 Annual Conference will take place at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The entire hotel is reserved exclusively for conference attendees — however, rooms typically sell out within hours of reservations opening.
Reservation Process
The initial room reservation process opened on October 22, 2025, through Soaring Eagle’s group reservations department via email form submission. Due to extremely high demand, the hotel block is now likely full.
If you did not secure a room during the initial booking period, we encourage you to:
Complete and email the official hotel reservation form to groupblockreservations@sagchip.org to be added to the waiting list.

Check back with Soaring Eagle after October 29, 2025. Once the initial reservation process is complete, attendees may try calling the hotel directly or checking online for cancellations — though availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Waiting List Details
If you’re added to the casino hotel waiting list, don’t lose hope — rooms often open up closer to the event due to cancellations or company schedule changes. It’s not uncommon for attendees to receive a room offer within the week leading up to the conference.
Overflow Accommodations & Shuttle Service
If the casino hotel is full, MITA recommends booking early at nearby hotels or the Soaring Eagle Waterpark Hotel. To make your stay easier, complimentary shuttle service will be available for all conference attendees staying at MITA-designated overflow hotels.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org.
Cancellations received by January 3, 2026, are eligible for a refund, minus credit card processing fees. Refunds after that date will be at MITA’s discretion.
Substitutions within the same company are permitted and must also be requested in writing.
For those selecting the Invoice/Bill Me option: written notice of cancellation is required. Failure to pay does not constitute cancellation, and payment obligations remain based on the date MITA receives your written notice.
To receive early registration discounts, payments must be postmarked by the advertised deadlines; late payments will be charged the standard rate.
All non-member participants (exhibiting or attending) muyst be paid in full one week prior to the event start.
