The client services team is the main point of contact with our clients. As a client services associate, you will be responsible for fielding questions from our client during event setup and execution. As such, you will master our product, knowing the platform inside and out.
The Client Services Associate will be responsible for:
Mastering the Accelevents platform, knowing its features in detail
Fielding daily questions and holding conversations with clients on a daily basis (both over the phone and via chat)
Consulting with clients to help improve their experience during fundraiser setup and execution
Observing client behaviors and pain points in order to help further develop our product and enhance the client experience
Our business development team is responsible for engaging with and securing our enterprise clients, which consist mostly of nonprofit organizations. This role is vital to create sustained revenue by building strong relationships, displaying our expertise in the fundraising space.
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting in order to identify relevant clients for potential partnership
Engaging with clients in order to educate them our platform and develop a customer relationship
Developing strategies to close business on a consistent basis
We are looking for an amazing, inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers. You will also manage our content strategy and creation
As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Optimizing website layout and on page content in order to increase traffic to the site
Helping to enhance our strategy from converting leads into paying customers
Over our content strategy in order to create relevant and valuable content for our audience
