AllFly is a corporate travel booking platform purpose-built for event travel — group flight bookings, single business trips, and full charter buyouts. With Accelevents, attendees who register for your event are automatically handed off to AllFly so they can book their flights, and the booking status flows back into Accelevents so your team can see who's travel-confirmed.
When a ticket registration is completed in Accelevents, two emails go out: the standard order confirmation, and a second email from AllFly with a link to book travel. Each ticket holder on the order can book their own flight. Once the event admin approves the flight in AllFly, the booking status updates inside Accelevents — visible to the attendee on their My Registrations page, and visible to your team in the Travel column on the order.
• Automatic handoff at registration: Every completed Accelevents registration triggers an AllFly booking invitation, sent directly to the ticket holder's email. No manual list exports.
• Per-ticket-holder bookings: Each named ticket holder on a multi-ticket order receives their own AllFly invitation, so groups can book individually rather than through a single admin.
• Travel status in your orders: A Travel column on each order shows whether the ticket holder has booked their flight, updating from "No" to "Booked" once you approve the flight in AllFly.
• Flight details on the attendee profile: After approval, attendees see their flight details on their My Registrations page in Accelevents alongside their event ticket.
Setup is quick: generate an API key in AllFly under Settings > Integrations, enable the AllFly toggle in your Accelevents event under Settings > Integrations, paste the key, and select the matching AllFly event from the dropdown.
For step-by-step setup instructions, see the full guide: AllFly Integration.
When a ticket holder completes registration in Accelevents, their name and email are handed off to AllFly, and AllFly sends them an email with a link to book their flight. Once the event admin approves the flight in AllFly, the booking status flows back to Accelevents and shows up on the order and the attendee's My Registrations page.
The handoff sends each ticket holder's name and email so they can be invited to book travel. Detailed flight data (PNR, flight numbers, seat assignments) lives in AllFly and is displayed back inside Accelevents on the attendee's registrations page once the booking is approved.
If they don't already have one, AllFly prompts them to create an account during the booking flow using the email address they registered with in Accelevents.
Each order in Accelevents includes a Travel column on the ticket holder, which shows "No" until the flight is approved in AllFly, then updates to "Booked." Attendees can also see their own flight details on the My Registrations page.
Yes. After an attendee selects and submits their flight in AllFly, the event admin approves the booking inside the AllFly account. That approval is what flips the travel status inside Accelevents to "Booked."
Yes. Every named ticket holder on a multi-ticket order receives their own AllFly invitation and books their own flight. To avoid skipped invitations, enable the "Each ticket holder must have a unique email address" setting on the event.
