When someone registers for your event, Accelevents can create a new Marketo record or update an existing one with a matching email address. Attendees are then added as members in Program Events, and you can also map extra registration details such as order form answers into Marketo.


Once attendee records are in Marketo, your team can use Program Events and campaign settings to organize audiences and support follow-up. Accelevents can auto-create the Program Event, or you can map attendees to an existing Marketo campaign in the integration settings.


Accelevents also supports the reverse workflow. Your team can collect registrations through a Marketo form, add the person to a list, and use a webhook plus the required API Key and Ticket Type Id fields to create the registration in Accelevents.

Accelevents supports two documented workflows. You can export attendee records from Accelevents into Marketo, and you can also use Marketo forms, lists, and webhooks to create registrations in Accelevents.
Yes. The documented setup uses a Marketo form, a list, a webhook, and two required custom fields, API Key and Ticket Type Id, to create the registration in Accelevents. Each attendee is created as a separate order.
By default, Accelevents exports first name, last name, and email. You can also map order form answers and auto-generated order details such as order number, ticket number, ticket type, magic link, and barcode ID.
Yes. Accelevents can track activity in Marketo such as check-in, bookmarking sessions, and poll participation, along with other attendee actions logged during the event.
It supports data moving in both directions, but it is not a full record-sync in every case. Accelevents can export attendee data to Marketo, and Marketo workflows can create registrations in Accelevents, but changes made directly to a Marketo record do not update Accelevents in the documented export workflow.
Yes. Instead of using only the auto-generated Program Event, you can choose an existing Marketo campaign in the Configure Marketo Mapping menu. The documented limit is that the system can fetch the 2,000 most recently modified Program Events.
