When a registrant accesses your event's routing link, they are redirected to the Novi login page to enter their credentials. Accelevents checks their membership status and type in Novi — without logging them in — and uses that data to determine where to send them next.
With routing rules, you define IF/THEN logic based on Novi member fields such as membership type. If a registrant matches a rule, they are redirected to a specific limited display link. If no rules apply, they land on a fallback URL you configure, such as your standard registration page or a custom landing page.
Routing rules can attach a discount code to any limited display link. When a verified member reaches checkout through the routing link, the discount applies automatically — no manual entry required. Discount codes are configured per event and must be associated with the tickets shown in the linked registration.
For members-only events, you can require Novi single sign-on before anyone can view the event website. When enabled, visitors see a Novi login prompt and must authenticate as a member before the page loads. This setting is toggled per event.
Once Novi SSO is connected at the Enterprise or White Label Dashboard level, your team can log in to the Accelevents dashboard using their Novi credentials. If a team member is already signed in to Novi, they are redirected straight to the dashboard without entering credentials again.
