Our May feature announcements include a new contact module, enhanced navigation in our manager console, and , enhancements to host notifications, and more!
1. Contact Module
Our new contact module will allow you to communicate and email with your guests or supporters seamlessly through the Accelevents platform. Using the tool, hosts can now upload a list of contacts and create custom email templates and messages to send to these contacts. Learn more about our Contact Module here.
2. Navigation Enhancements
The next time you are in your manager console, you may notice enhanced navigation features on the left hand menu. A quick summary below:
- Activity – the new activity page will show you everything from ticket sales, to auction / raffle / donation performance (based on the modules you are using). This section will also include things such as bidder history and donor & ticket buyer contact information.
- Design & Setup Pages Combined – we’ve combined our event design and setup pages, offering a more streamlined experience for event hosts as they customize and brand their event pages.
- Contact module – As mentioned previously, hosts can now access our contact module in order to upload contacts, and create and send custom emails.
